Lisa Nobumoto

Lisa Nobumoto is a talented and explosive entertainer who has emerged during an era when there is a shortage of talent that measures up. Having been chosen as featured singer on the new CD, "BLUE SAXOPHONE," by renown saxophonist, TEDDY EDWARDS, "Lisa Nobumoto's distinctive phrasing and timbre could earn her a significant role on the upcoming vocal scene," as eloquently put by the late renowned critic Leonard Feather. Her longstanding tour of the United States with Columbia Artist's Irving Berlin Tour landed Lisa the featured spot at the Dorothy Chandler Pavillion with the Jazz Allstars including Conte Condoli and Hugh Masekela.

Her great talent was recognized by Music Connection Magazine as she was voted Number 1 unsigned Artist is Los Angeles out of thousands of entries.

The Encyclopedia of Jazz includes her name between the many greats it heralds.
